To prepare heh 4 eggplant take as much pepper, 2 carrots and red onions.
Also need vegetable oil, about half a cup,
2-3 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp.l.apple cider vinegar, 2 hours. l.honey, sugar can be replaced.
Also need 1 tbsp.l.soy sauce, 10 grams of sesame seed and a packet of seasoning for Korean carrot.
Eggplant with the peel cut into strips, sprinkle with salt and leave to left bitterness.
Carrot rub on a special grater for Korean carrot.
Added thereto finely chop bell peppers and onion half rings.
Sprinkle with sugar and sesame seeds, a little Mnemonic hands, pour the sauce and vinegar, stir.
In a hot frying pan fry the chopped garlic and eggplant strips no more than 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with seasoning and sesame seeds, stir and combine both the composition.
Mix again, cool and give the brew for at least 5-6 hours.
